Self Assessment

This short self-assessment is meant to offer a moment of honest orientation.
Not to tell you who you are —but to help you notice where you are right now.
Read each statement slowly.
Take your time and using a piece of paper write down the answer for each question below, based on what you trully feel to be true.
A = Very true
B = Somewhat true
C = Not true
There are no right or wrong answers. Only the ones that reflect your current reality.
Section 1
-
I’ve been working on myself for a while, but I don’t feel like I’ve truly moved forward.
-
I feel like I’m living my life in a loop — the same situations keep repeating themselves.
-
I know something needs to change, but I keep postponing taking real action.
-
I make small adjustments, but they don’t really change the bigger picture of my life.
-
I feel quietly frustrated that, despite my efforts, things keep circling back to the same point.
Section 2
-
I often say “yes” to things that don’t really feel right, just to avoid discomfort or conflict.
-
I know what matters to me, but I don’t always act in ways that reflect that.
-
I compromise myself more often than I admit, just to avoid discomfort.
-
I adjust myself to situations that feel “almost right,” even when something in me knows it’s not.
-
I often ignore red flags, even when I feel that something isn’t right.
-
I stay longer than I should in situations that no longer reflect who I am.
-
I tell myself I need more information, when what I actually need is to start taking action.
-
There’s a quiet inner tension that shows up when my choices don’t match who I feel I am.
Section 3
-
I am no longer accepting compromise — I want to live differently.
-
I know that something in my life needs to change — and I’m ready to act on it.
-
I am willing to take responsibility for my choices, even if it feels uncomfortable.
-
I am done waiting to feel ready.
-
I want to realign with my true self and take ownership over my life.
-
I am willing to commit to change, not just think about it.
-
I am ready for a structured practical process to move forward to the life I desire.
How to read your result
The statements are grouped into three Sections:
awareness of the loop, internal misalignment, and readiness for change.
To determine your result, focus especially on the last section, which reflects your current readiness for action and responsibility.
Count how many “Very true (A)” answers you gave in Section 3:
-
4 or more → Result C
-
2–3 → Result B
-
0–1 → Result A
