Full payment is required at the time of registration for online programs.

Payments are securely processed through Netopia, a reputable Romanian payment gateway that functions similarly to international platforms like Stripe or PayPal. Netopia ensures all transactions are encrypted and comply with the highest security standards, so your payment data is protected at all times. Invoices are automatically generated and sent to the email address you provided, after payment confirmation.

Clients will receive a link to access the online meeting prior to the start time of the event.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Reset · Realign · Restart is a structured and committed process.

This refund policy applies only to the LIVE access and VIP formats of the program.

If, after completing the first LIVE session, you genuinely feel that this program is not the right fit for you, you may request a full refund within 24 hours from the end of that session.

To do so, you must send a clear written request to thecoachforhsp@outlook.com explicitly stating that you wish to withdraw from the program.

Refund requests submitted after this 24-hour period will not be accommodated.​​

For the Recordings-only option, access to session recordings will be granted progressively after each live session. A refund may be requested only before the first recording has been delivered. Once access to any recording has been provided, refunds are no longer available.

For individual one-to-one coaching, withdrawal and refund conditions are outlined separately in the individual coaching contract and will be clearly communicated before signing.

7. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching services offered are not a substitute for mental health care or medical treatment. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.

8. One-to-One Coaching Services

For one-to-one coaching, clients are required to sign a separate Coaching agreement. This Coaching Contract will outline session terms, payment conditions, rescheduling policies, confidentiality, and responsibilities.

9. Data and Privacy

Information provided by users is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you agree to this processing.
