Invoices are automatically generated and sent to the email address you provided, after payment confirmation.

Clients will receive a link to access the online meeting prior to the start time of the event.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our programs and the preparation required, we do NOT offer refunds once payment has been made. By making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

7. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching services offered are not a substitute for mental health care or medical treatment. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.

8. One-to-One Coaching Services

For one-to-one coaching, clients are required to sign a separate Coaching agreement. This Coaching Contract will outline session terms, payment conditions, rescheduling policies, confidentiality, and responsibilities.
