This Withdrawal and Refund Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when purchasing coaching services or digital programs from Bomadis TOP Coaching SRL via www.thecoachforhsp.com.

1. Digital Programs

Our digital programs (including group programs, online workshops, and masterclasses) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to scheduling or content, you acknowledge that by completing your payment, you waive your right to withdraw under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

2. One-to-One Coaching

For one-to-one coaching services, a separate Coaching Contract will be provided and signed by the client. That Contract will include specific terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. Unless otherwise stated in the agreement, coaching sessions are non-refundable once payment has been made.
